I have had the pleasure of serving Oregon City since 1996. The body is an endless facination to me, and keeps me learning and growing
A Serendipitous event, thus the name.
I was working in the restaurant industry as a baker/chef.
Massage therapy, well really it changed my life on so many levels, and I was very guided to study it.
It helped me find balance and healing.
Early in my studies I stumbled upon
Craniosacral Therapy.
Craniosacral Therapy is a soft technique that allows you to connect to membrane systems and release restrictions. It is humbling , the change that can happen. People often look very different after a session.
The words I would use to describe my philosophy of therapeutic bodywork would be balance and harmony, restoring your more natural state of well being.
Help your body release restrictive patterns, allowing you a more peaceful state.
I have extensive training and love learning about how our bodies work.
My goal is to be a part of the community in Oregon City restoring balance one body at a time
You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term. Many of my clients use massage as part of there wellness program along with yoga or other fitness activities.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling and experiencing in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal and balance. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.

It is also effective after an injury. With whiplash, head injuries or headaches Craniosacral Therapy can be used immediately.
I thought I would put these together as it's all about the blending. Swedish , allows a dance of warming up the area and going into deep tissue where needed. It's all connected and the tissues communicate that to me.
This powerful yet gentle technique goes well with my cranialsacral training. Often people aren't flowing in their main energy centers. This technique balances the energy flows.
Cupping has been used for thousands of years. Different cultures have used cups, along with negitive pressure created inside them, causing suction to draw out unwanted or stagnant substances. Today, bodywork practitioners have steadily adopted cupping as a complementary and alternative therapy to treat pain and inflamation.
Its my intention to guide the body into more flow, peace, and ease. Honestly , bodies are very changable. Sometimes we have forgotten what ease and flow feel like. Massage is a kind reminder, a nudge toward B A L A N C E.
